A little bit about myself!

I am the founder and Managing Partner of Teim Accountants. In addition to my membership as a Chartered Certified Accountant, I am also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Part Qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser).
I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Accounting; a Graduate in Financial Strategy at Said Business School, University of Oxford and have acquired expertise in Strategy, Finance, Corporate Valuation, Project management and Corporate Governance.
I also have extensive experience on a range of accounting and taxation aspects;
- I advise a great number of businesses across a wide range of sectors, including sole traders, partnerships, and small-medium family businesses and acting as FD for many SME clients.
- My experience and expertise in tax planning at both corporate and personal level, is extensive and includes all aspects of personal tax and estate planning, remuneration planning, advice to OMBs, mergers and acquisitions, share valuations, and international and cross border issues.
- In addition, I also have significant experience of tax investigation and negotiating with HMRC on behalf of clients.
I understand the pressures of running a business
Being a Managing Partner myself, I understand the pressures of running a business and I use my own life knowledge to supplement my professional experience and qualifications. In addition to my portfolio of local businesses, I also assist a good number of non-resident clients to invest and establish businesses in the UK.
